exercise programs that you plan to implement during the next 90 days. It is
important to pick exercise programs that you feel comfortable with and maybe
even have enjoyed in the past. Exercise should be a combination of fun and work.
You should enjoy working out, but you should not lose sight that it is work.
People who have a good work ethic tend to be better at staying on a routine work
out.
Many people will say that they don’t like working out, or that they don’t like
to sweat. If you are one of these people, you need to change your
perspective. You should not treat your self like a child. It does not matter if
you like working out or not. You should do it, because you are responsible for
your life. You know it is good for you, and you need to stop giving your self
excuses. Change your mind-set. If you sincerely don’t like working out, and this
is holding you back, you should spend extra time everyday reprogramming your
brain. Tell your self twenty times in a row silently, “I like working out,
and I like the benefits working out offer my life”. Once you begin to
reprogram your mind-set, you will begin to actually like working out, and will
enjoy the many benefits of better life management
