Step Four                Good Habits Lead to Good Health

1.    Take the stairs instead of the elevator when you can.

2.    After sitting around for more than an hour, get up and move around for 10 or 15 minutes. Don't get become stagnant.

3.    After you have a meal, take a short walk. This will speed up your metabolism.

4.    Don't eat while talking on the phone, walking, driving, etc. Schedule your meals. Have the plate of food in front of you.

5.    Schedule sun activities.  Walking, bike riding, playing tennis, golf etc.

6.    Walk to the general store, instead of driving when you can.

7.    Eat a meal before going shopping.  Always write a food shopping list out. 

8.    Buy and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.

9.    Drink between 36 and 48 oz of water daily.

10.  Take time to reflect on your day, and to plan for tomorrow.  Always meditate and pray everyday.
