                                    20 minutes 3 sets of light weights - 1 to 3 pounds, reps of 10

                                    Week Four

                                    35 minutes of bike riding                                twice

                                     1 brisk walk                                                    twice

                                    30 minute aerobic class                                  twice

                                    20 minutes of light weight  -  1 to 3 pounds of 10 reps
