The 8 Step Weight and Life Style Management Program is designed to help bring knowledge and awareness to individuals who are struggling with behavior problems that are detrimental to their overall well-being.

8 Step believes that people will make the correct choices once they are informed and have the tools to help them succeed.   Your 90 day planner will help you monitor all aspects of your life. Remember to review step 3 through 7 often, and that you do not fail, until you quit. You will have set backs, accept your failures, forgive yourself and move forward.
