1.     10 oz of  Chocolate Soy Milk

            3 oz of frozen blue berries

           1 banana

           25 grams of Whey Protein Powder

 

2.      10 oz of Vanilla Soy Milk

          3 oz of frozen strawberries

          2 bananas

          25 grams of Whey protein powder

3.    5 oz of Chocolate Soy Milk

        2 oz of frozen blue berries

        2 oz of frozen strawberries

        1 banana 

        25 grams of Whey protein powder

       Ice cubes as needed

4.  1/4 cup of low fat yogurt (vanilla)

     1 cup of 1 % milk

     3 teaspoons peanut butter

     3/4 cup of frozen strawberries

     25 grams of whey protein powder

     Ice cubes as needed

 

5.  1 cup of all bran cereal

     1 cup of 1% milk

     1 cup of blue berries

     2 table spoons of honey

    25 grams of whey protein powder

     3 or 4 ice cubes, add as needed.

6.  3 cups of multi berries, frozen strawberries, blue berries and raspberries.

    1 cup of cooked oat meal

    1/2 cup of peanut butter

    1 cup of chocolate soy meal

    25 grams of whey protein

7.   1 cup of chocolate soy milk

      1 cup of frozen blue berries

      3 table spoons of peanut butter.

     2  bananas

     Ice cubes and Soy milk as needed

8   1 cup of vanilla soy milk

     2 cups of blue berries

     1 banana
