BP # 2 Purchase a 4 inch binder and store materials as a diary and record of your life.
BP # 3 Book Mark Congratulation Page and visit often. The information is deep and it will take time to understand where and
how the information is organized. Remember the links in the Exercise Program and Healthy Foods, there is a
tremendous amount of useful information.
BP #4 It is best to receive the 90 Day Planner via email as a word document attachment. You will also receive the full program
outlined in Steps 3 through 8. By printing out the program and placing it a 3 to 5 inch binder it is easier to view and monitor
progress throughout your individualized 90 day program to change your life skills. You may also print out additional 90
day planners as needed in the future. Remember your change will last a life time, it may take 90 to 180 days of monitoring
and active change effort to fully begin to experience the many benefits of good health and living.
